This year, Moore had 7.0 sacks and 9.5 tackles for loss while batting down three passes with two fumbles forced, two fumble recoveries and a blocked kick. He was a finalist for the Cliff Harris Division II Defensive Player of the Year award and a nominee for the Gene Upshaw Division II Lineman of the Year award. Entering the 2013 campaign, Moore was ranked as the #5 overall Division II fooball player by D2Football.com and was on the East-West Shrine Game roster.
He’s a two-time NSIC sack champion and finished in the NCAA top-10 in sacks twice in his four years. His 33.0 career sacks set a Concordia program record and are ninth in Division II football history.
Entering the year, he was ranked as the #5 overall Division II football player by Josh Buchanan of D2Football.com. Buchanan is also a small college NFL scout.
