CSP Alumna Awarded National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship

Concordia University alumna Christine Mennicke (’11) has received a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, which fosters and promotes excellence in U.S. science, technology, engineering and mathematics by recognizing talent broadly from across the nation.

As a recipient, she will receive a $34,000 annual grant, in addition to tuition for a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at North Carolina State. She was one of 2,000 graduate students chosen from 17,000 applicants nationwide. Read more about the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship here.
