Assistant Professor of Kinesiology


Dr. Davies joined the KHS Department in 2017 following a postdoctoral research fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Her journey to CSP began at Texas Lutheran University where she got a BS in Kinesiology and developed a passion for motion analysis. This passion lead her to get her MS in Exercise Science with a specialization in Biomechanics from Texas Tech University and a PhD in Medical Sciences from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her research focuses primarily on the mobility and balance limitations of people with motor deficits due to disease. Specifically, her research aims to develop superior physical therapy programs for these individuals.
