Dr. Luebke has served Concordia University in a variety of roles since 1994, including director of counseling, associate dean of academic affairs, and vice-president for student services. She was the primary provider of personal counseling on campus from 1994-2005. She is currently responsible for assessment and accreditation at CSP. Although her primary responsibilities are administrative, she has taught face-to-face and online courses in psychology, human services, first-year seminar, and personal assessment. Prior to her positions at CSP, she worked in clinical settings where she provided individual, couples, and family therapy and psychological assessment. She teaches part-time in the department of psychology and family science.
