Beginning Fall 2023, we are proud to announce the Concordia, St. Paul’s Full Tuition Pell Commitment. This initiative will focus on incoming first-year and transfer students* with the goal of helping Pell-eligible students maximize their financial aid opportunities and minimize their debt at graduation.

What is a Pell Grant?
A Federal Pell Grant is awarded to students who have financial need and have not earned a bachelor’s degree. Unlike a loan, a Federal Pell Grant does not have to be repaid.*

The CSP FUll tuition Pell Commitment
Concordia’s Full Tuition Pell Commitment ensures that eligible incoming first-year and transfer students will receive a grant toward the remaining full cost of tuition.
Eligible students will meet the following criteria:
- Incoming student in a traditional, on campus undergraduate program
- 2.75 cumulative GPA earned at former institution
- Submitted FAFSA to CSP
- Federal Pell Grant recipient
- Minnesota State Grant recipient

- Apply and be admitted to CSP

- Review your financial aid award with your CSP admissions counselor
