The Church Work Tuition Guarantee provides free tuition to all students preparing for full-time church work vocations
This initiative affirms CSP’s long-standing mission to prepare workers for the church wherever and however they are called to serve. CSP is the most affordable church work option in the Concordia University System of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS).

- Students who qualify for The Guarantee will be notified upon admission to the university.
- The Guarantee is renewable for up to four academic years for those who maintain the eligibility criteria.
- The Guarantee applies toward tuition only. It does not include housing, meal plans, books, or other fees.
- CSP institutional scholarships and Minnesota State and Federal Pell grants are included in The Guarantee (not in addition to).

Starting in Fall 2026, the Guarantee will be awarded to all eligible full-time students enrolled in the following programs:

To be considered for the Guarantee, students must meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled full-time and in good academic standing at CSP
- Pursuing their first-time bachelor’s degree in an eligible church work program
- Active member of an LCMS congregation
- U.S. citizen
