These events are for incoming undergraduate traditional students admitted to CSP for fall 2026 in an on-campus program.

Admitted Student Day: April 10 or June 18
Join us at CSP for this special enrollment event for our newest Golden Bears and their families!
CSP Orientation: September 3-5 (Labor Day Weekend)
After move-in, CSP’s orientation begins! Orientation is the first step in your CSP journey. You’ll have the opportunity to find your class locations, meet your classmates, and familiarize yourself with campus. You’ll also receive training and resources on how to start your Golden Bear experience successfully. Orientation is known for its meaningful events, great food, and lasting connections.
- Required Dates for First-Year Residential Students: September 3 – September 5
- Required Dates for First-Year Commuter Students: September 4 – September 5
- Required Dates for all Transfer Students: September 4
Move-In Day: September 3
Incoming first-year and transfer students living on campus will move into their assigned housing on this day. Specific move-in times and detailed instructions will be sent in July.
First Day of Classes: September 8
