HR Admin Assistant at Reach Cyber Charter School
Angelina Gonzales graduated from CSP Global in 2023 with a B.A. in Human Resource Management. Now, she serves as an Human Resource Admin Assistant for Reach Cyber Charter School. During her time with CSP Global, Gonzales enjoyed a supportive and career-focused environment that she says was instrumental in helping her transition into a meaningful role in the HR field.
“Before I even graduated, Reach Cyber Charter School was excited to hire me to complete their HR team,” she shared. With the help of a supportive team and career development programs like CSP Ignite Gonzales was well outfitted with the tools and knowledge to jump start her fruitful career. Now, she is personally responsible for ensuring compliance to state and federal regulations, as well as managing the entire HRIS document management system at Reach Cyber Charter School.
She also speaks very highly of the CSP Ignite Leadership Program as a tool that allowed her to create important relationships with people in her field and leaders in the community. She says, “I can’t speak highly enough of the CSP Ignite program. They connected me with other leaders and we explored what it means to lead in an ever-changing world.”
Further, she credits CSP Global’s strong academic structure and personal support with helping her achieve professional success. “It had a great HR program and the enrollment team worked with me to ensure all my available credits transferred in,” she said. “Even after I started in my program, members of enrollment and advising reached out to check in and offer their support to help me achieve my goals.”
