Carla Motter

Carla Motter graduated from CSP Global earning both an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resources. Now, Motter works as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Patterson Companies. With the help of the CSP Global community Motter has gained confidence in her understanding of business, her decision making, and her critical thinking skills that she applies daily to succeed in her role.

During her time with CSP Global, Motter used the balanced and flexible style to fit her personal education into a full-time employment schedule. Motter said, “I wanted to be able to attend online courses that fit into my schedule of being a full time working professional. Choosing a school that is highly regarded in the academic community was very important to me.”

In Motter’s experience, despite being online she was able to create strong relationships with those in her cohort as well as the faculty. Motter said, “Even though classes were online, the relationship built within our cohort was strong and we were encouraged to take advantage of all of the school services.”
