David Edgerton graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul in 2023 with a degree in Human Resources Management. He currently works as the Managing Principal at The DEJ Group, LLC.
Edgerton appreciated CSP’s options for both in-person and online classes. “I wanted to have the flexibility to attend classes online and in person. The program was listed as one of the best in the country.”
Edgerton had access to a number of CSP resources that allowed him to succeed academically. “The most valuable were the resources leveraged for writing. The library and the online tools for writing helped me become a better writer.”
Edgerton earned a degree through CSP that allowed him to continue to grow in his career and explore new areas. “I started my own executive search firm during the pandemic. Now my firm has grown and I wanted to get some knowledge in the HR space to support my recruiting. The program helped me by providing an experience to go into a new space after working 26 years in a different one. I appreciate my experience at CSP.”
