Pamela Ihns graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul in 2024 with a Master’s in Human Resource Management as part of the CSP Global program. She now works as a Payroll Accountant & Human Resource Assistant at MCIT.
Ihns felt supported by CSP faculty as both a student and a person as a whole. “The professors in each of the classes were more than an instructor, they cared about you as a person and wanted you to succeed.”
Ihns built close, supportive relationships with her classmates. “My classmates and I became very close and we supported each other during class and outside of class. Just knowing if you needed any help you could contact anyone and they would help.”
Ihns achieved her career goals with the education and skills she obtained with her CSP degree. “I had many different jobs and after I completed my Bachelor’s degree, I decided to go for my Master’s degree, and with this I was able to receive a position in Human Resources. I know that with the knowledge that my education gave me, I can now say I have a career I enjoy going to everyday.”
