The Commencement & Pinning Ceremony is a special occasion, and Concordia University, St. Paul, and the Denver Administration are planning a memorable celebration.

Ceremony Location: Hilton Garden Inn – Denver Tech Center
7675 E Union Ave, Denver, CO 80237
Date and Time: Friday, June 6, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. (MST)
Graduate and Guest Arrival: 6:15 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available. Please scan the QR code located in the parking lot or at the front desk. You’ll need to enter your license plate number and use the code PKNST.

Please submit your online RSVP intentions by clicking here before May 18.

Students must secure their attire from the university’s approved vendor. The deadline to submit an attire order is May 8 at 1p (MST).
- Click this link to order your complete package which includes a gown, cap and tassel.
- You will receive pickup instructions, which will take place the week of June 2, at the end of May.

- Each student will be able to invite up to 10 family and friends to celebrate their achievement.
- Tickets are NOT required for admission. Please do not invite more than this number so we can adhere to venue capacity.
- The ceremony will NOT be live-streamed.

The next Commencement & Pinning ceremony for the Denver Campus will be announced on May 9.

Yes. The Registrar’s Office will review student records for degree awarding after final grades are posted to the student record (one week after the end of the term). This process can take 2-3 weeks.
The university prints diplomas monthly and sends a congratulatory email once that process is completed. An official transcript can be used as proof of degree. We highly encourage you to check your unofficial transcript prior to requesting the official.
Diplomas will be mailed to the permanent address on your student record.
