As servant leaders, we embrace resilience and self-care in practice within diverse communities. To honor Mental Health Awareness Month, the College of Human Services and Behavioral Science will have a presentation by Dr. Jerrod Brown focusing on four Chronic Stress and Self-Care Resilience Survival Strategies for the mind, body and soul:

  • Gratitude & Optimism
  • Digestive Health
  • Sleep Disturbances
  • Life Balance

In addition, we will feature speakers from CSP’s Student Accessibility Services, Academic Advising, and Campus Ministry with self-care and life-balance practical application strategies.
