Students graduating from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Concordia University, St. Paul have posted 100 percent pass rates the past two years (2018, 2017) on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE). The NPTE must be passed by all DPT graduates before they are allowed to practice.

Concordia DPT program chair Dr. Peter Rundquist said the results are a reflection of the quality of students the program accepts, “Our graduates are excelling at passing the board exam and are out in the physical therapy community making us proud.”
Dr. Rundquist added the exam rates are a third party validation that the DPT program meets graduate achievement measures and program outcomes related to its mission and goals. CSP’s 100 percent board passing rate, which accounts for a total of 56 graduates, are higher than the national average of at least 85 percent averaged over two years.
