Dr. Luker has been working in higher education since 2003 as an instructor, administrator, social science researcher, and educational consultant. Her interdisciplinary background in education and psychology provides her with a unique lens through which to approach these roles. Dr. Luker has expertise in program and institutional assessment as well as curriculum development for online, hybrid, and face-to-face learning formats. Within the undergraduate Psychology program at Concordia University, Dr. Luker currently teaches courses in Social, Cognitive, and Developmental Psychology.
