Register to Vote in MN
If you’re a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old on Election Day, and have been a resident of Minnesota for at least 20 days, you’re eligible to vote in Minnesota. It’s easy to register – just follow the step-by-step instructions on the official registration website.

Vote early by mail or in person from September 22 through November 6.

What’s on the ballot in 2024?
All voters will have these races on their general election ballot:
- U.S. President
- U.S. Senator
- U.S. Representative
- State Representative
- Judicial seats
Voters may also have one or more of these races on their ballot:
- City Officers
- School Board Members
- Township Officers
- Local ballot questions
Residential students
Minnesota allows for same-day voter registration at your polling place with a valid MN drivers license or in a variety of other ways which can be found here.
If you use your CSP address (1282 Concordia Ave St Paul 55104) to register, your polling place will be at the Jimmy Lee Recreation Center: 270 Lexington Pkwy N, St Paul, MN 55104.
Commuter students
All students are encouraged to vote at the polling location for their home. For out-of-state students, you can find more information about your state requirements at vote.gov.
