Colleen Nadeau’s career spanned 30 years as a health care leader and executive specializing in operational improvement and culturally driven quality management systems for large health care organizations. Her philosophy of employee engagement as the foundation for systematic organizational change and improvement has led organizations to achieve lasting results and quality outcomes that translate to both patient and employee satisfaction. With vast operational experience and as a certified ISO Lead auditor and trainer, Colleen has successfully used these skills to drive organizational performance and achieve quality outcomes in the top 5% of the country. As a graduate of Concordia’s MBA program, and with a special passion for teaching, Colleen became an adjunct faculty member in 2016 teaching “Quality Practices” in Healthcare, merging her love for teaching and performance improvement.
